Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, lesson preferences, chart-experience notes you voluntarily share, and message content from the contact form. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

Purpose of use

We use this information to answer enquiries, schedule lessons, send booking confirmations, improve our teaching materials, and meet legal record-keeping duties. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Enquiry messages are generally retained for up to twenty-four months. Booking and payment records are retained for seven years where required for accounting and tax. You may ask us to delete enquiry data earlier where we are not required to keep it.

Access and correction

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct inaccuracies. Email info@cyberguardai.digital with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We respond within a reasonable period.

International transfers
