Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid Cyberguardai lessons: the Momentum Oscillator Masterclass, Divergence Reading Desk, Chart Review Hour, Private Oscillator Coaching, and related deposits. It does not cover goods we do not sell, software subscriptions, or third-party broker fees.

Eligibility and timeframe

Refund requests should be emailed to info@cyberguardai.digital within fourteen days of payment for unused lessons, subject to the conditions below. Include your full name, booking reference or confirmation email date, and the lesson concerned.

Full refund

You receive a full refund of fees paid (including deposit) if we cancel a lesson and cannot offer a suitable alternative date within thirty days, or if you cancel in writing at least seven full days before a one-to-one appointment or before masterclass session one.

Partial refund

Masterclass cancellations received between six and three full days before session one may receive a fifty percent refund of the total sequence fee; the remainder covers preparation and reserved seat costs. After that window, session fees are generally non-refundable except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

Non-refundable items

• Printed chart packs already produced for your seat after the preparation cut-off
• Completed one-to-one appointments and completed masterclass sessions
• Coaching sessions that have already occurred within a prepaid block

Work already started

If a masterclass sequence has begun and you withdraw, fees for completed sessions are retained on a pro-rata basis; unused future sessions may be refunded at fifty percent if notice is given at least three days before the next session.

Deposits

The AUD 200 masterclass deposit is applied to your balance. It is refundable under the full-refund rules above and otherwise held against cancellation costs.

No-shows

Missing a confirmed appointment or masterclass session without notice is treated as completed for fee purposes. We may offer a single goodwill reschedule at our discretion for documented emergencies.

Rescheduling

One-to-one appointments may be rescheduled once without charge if you give at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Masterclass cohort moves depend on seat availability in a later intake; deposits transfer when we approve the move.

Materials

Unused digital worksheets remain yours after a refund of unused sessions. Physical packs already shipped or handed over are not returnable for refund.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed within ten business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank timelines may add several days beyond our processing.

Consumer law

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
