Acceptance
By accessing https://cyberguardai.digital or enrolling in Cyberguardai lessons, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book instruction.
Services described
Cyberguardai provides educational technical analysis training focused on momentum oscillator interpretation. Website content is informational. Lesson enrolments, appointments, and coaching are contracts formed when we confirm your booking in writing and you pay any required deposit or fee.
No financial advice
Instruction is educational. It is not personal financial product advice under Australian law, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any security, currency, or derivative. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and risk.
Intellectual property
Course worksheets, annotated chart examples, curriculum text, and site copy remain the property of Cyberguardai. You may keep materials supplied for your personal study. You may not republish, resell, or teach from them commercially without written permission.
User conduct
You agree not to misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful content. You must provide accurate contact details when enquiring or booking.
Liability
To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, Cyberguardai is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the site or from educational sessions. Our liability for a booked lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that lesson where the Australian Consumer Law does not require otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts in Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
